We came across an old article in Music Week from July 2007! Before you take a look, just a word of warning: this article is old and therefore none of the information applies to the UK now. The quotes from the record label are good for a laugh, but if you're easily riled, don't read them!
This article is now exactly 2 years old and so much has changed since then. Thank you all for an awesome ride and we hope it can continue!
Check out a video message from Tom posted by Cherry Tree Records. It’s a short announcement that his blog will be online on the official Tokio Hotel websites from "tomorrow" (which for us in the UK is today, Friday 3rd July, due to time difference). We’re being spoiled by Tom this week.
A little while ago UK iTunes added more Tokio Hotel songs to their store! E.g. Schrei - so laut du kannst and Zimmer 483 have been added. Everybody with a UK iTunes account, please sign in and rate the new additions! It's fantastic to finally have more songs other than the RSG single release available.

THUKST buddies Caps Off For Charity have been mentioned on the Ein Herz fuer Kinder website as part of the activities 2009 to raise donations. Also thanks from us to everyone of you who has supported Caps Off For Charity so far and to everyone involved for their amazing work.

All over the world the US Tokio Hotel fans’ organisation collects donations for charitable purposes from fans of the sought-after teen band and particularly supports the BILD aid organisation with great dedication. Arianne Nellessen of “Caps off for Charity“: “We are very happy being able to support your important work. Many thanks for everything your aid organisation supports.” “Ein Herz fuer Kinder” thanks especially “Caps off for Charity” and all Tokio Hotel fans who make our work for small children in need possible with their generous donation.
Tokio Hotel's UK forum is back up and running. Click HERE to join us for discussions all around TH and many more topics! The reason why the forum was offline for a few days was due to a forum software switch to ensure that everyone can have a fantastic time while hanging out in the Official Tokio Hotel UK forum. All threads, posts and accounts are still available in our new forum BUT it was impossible to import the old passwords. To request a new password for your existing account please click HERE. Also, it seems like the user icons did not transfer – we apologize for this inconvenience. Have fun in the brand new UK forum!

"Tom told us that he'll talk about all his interests, feature his favorite videos, gadgets, funny stuff, fashion, hot news, cool designs.... and maybe he’ll even slip in some secrets about twin brother Bill ;-)"

I just wanted to let you all know that I will be meeting up with Leela on Thursday morning in Southampton to purchase Tokio Hotel Fashion Against Aids t-shirts!
If you would like to join us to make purchases, and then have breakfast afterwards, please come along!
Location: H&M, West Quay, Southampton Time: 9.30am Bring: Money!
If you can join us, please post on the forum and let us know.
With the 28th May being very close we have found out that not all the H&M stores in the UK that sell the Divided range and will stock the Fashion Against AIDS campaign clothing will have the Tokio Hotel shirt available. This means there's a possibility that even though your local H&M might sell e.g. Katy Perry's design, it might not sell the TH shirt.
To avoid disappointment on Thursday, we suggest you either ring or drop by your local H&M to find out for sure whether they'll stock the TH shirt or not.
There's a Tokio Hotel mention in the current issue of RockSound (#123 with Green Day on the cover). It's a reader's letter addressing the stalking issue and features a picture of Bill.
With regards to the International Download Day of An deiner Seite/By your side on 16th May 2009, we can say that An deiner Seite stayed in the Top 100 HMV download charts all week (starting 17th May). It was on # 23 every day with exception of 22nd May when it was on # 22 and today being on # 98. Thanks again to everybody who downloaded the song.
Remember Kim-Lan's amazing graffiti of Tom Kaulitz? Well, she has done a second video of her creating a graffiti Bill. It's impressive and awe-inspiring. Check it out:
And click 'read more' if you want to see the amazing Tom piece she did that Tom loved!
Following the International Download Day yesterday An deiner Seite made it to #23 of HMV's Top 100 download charts. We know some of us were experiencing a few problems downloading it with HMV so thanks everyone for participating nevertheless!!!

Tokio Hotel win!!!
Great news, guys!! Tokiol Hotel picked up another award tonight!! At the TRL awards in Italy, Tokio Hotel won in the category of Best TRL Artist. Check out Bill saying thank you! How cute!!
International Download Day!! Get TH in the UK/HMV charts!
Today is International Download Day - a fan action from Tokio Hotel fans to bring An Deiner Seite to attention to show support to the band, particularly Tom, after the recent incidents concerning stalkers.
Until recently, we did not think that the UK fans would be able to participate because this song is not available on Itunes in the UK. BUT we have a solution.
UK fans, please buy this song from HMV. If you buy this song from HMV, you are not only participating in a worldwide fan action for Tokio Hotel, but also giving them the chance to make it into the UK download charts or HMV's download chart. Wouldn't that be awesome!
Due to information that has come to light regarding the continued harrassment of Tokio Hotel, fans of the band have decided to show their continued support for them with an ‘International Download Day’.
On Saturday May 16th, Tokio Hotel fans from around the world will be downloading the song 'By Your Side' / ‘Ich Bin Da’. Please support the action by downloading the song from Itunes (Worldwide) or HMV (UK - first track on the compilation album) on the 16th May.
Sorry to fans outside the USA who are not eligible to enter, but Cherry Tree are holding a fun makeover competition. The winner will receive a $100 voucher for Hot Topic and a TH messenger bag. All you have to do is recreate Bill's new style!
Recently we asked you to vote for us at portraitmagazine.net as site of the month. However, we have discovered that this site has given some of our members viruses and they have been having problems with trojans. We also have reason to believe that because of this (Claire got a virus!) our website was hacked.
Therefore please DO NOT log on to their site and vote for us. We do not want anyone to suffer any malicious attacks on their computers. We already know the THUKST is the coolest and would rather protect our computers.
Finally! Tokio Hotel come out of hiding to bring us a short comment on why they chose to design a t-shirt for H&M's Fashion Against AIDS line. Check it out below! TH starts at 1.12.
Bill: We heard about the campaign and didn't hesitate for two seconds. We said immediately, "let's do this, and let's design a t-shirt." Me in particular, I really felt like designing a shirt and live out a bit and so on. And on top of that, it was to make people aware of AIDS, it was simply a good combination where we said that we definitely wanted to take part.
Finally it's here! The long awaited report of the THUKST Party @ cherryjam that was held on 25 April! Sorry for the delay - illness and life just didn't co-operate!
Due to the length of the report (oh, yes, pics and videos!), please check it out on our seperate page:
The Tokio Hotel WebTeam sent out a newsletter yesterday and it says that the shirt designed by the band would be available worldwide at all H&M stores that sell the Divided collection. (To find out whether the H&M near you does, check out their website and follow the steps described in our previous news post.) Let's hope that includes the UK and it's looking good as the press release was also posted on the UK H&M site.
Furthermore the newsletter reads:
When H&M asked the guys whether they'd like to participate in the "Fashion Against AIDS" campaign Tokio Hotel were up for it immediately. Bill: "We didn't hesitate for a second to take part in this campaign. It's an awesome combination to design a t-shirt and raise awareness of AIDS at the same time."
You've probably all been waiting for it so thanks to the girls from the Austrian FC for the HQ of the H&M group pic:
Also here's a colour picture of the design:

So far we still don't know if the shirts will be available in the UK. However, you can have a look at H&M UK, go to Store Locator, search for the store nearest to you, select it and under In this store you can find click on Young to see if your store sells the Divided line. The shirts are part of that line so if (!) they will be available in the UK, you'll know whether your store would sell them or not.
RTL Exclusiv: The stalkers don't care about TH anymore
In the most recent report of the German TV channel RTL, nervous and scared, the stalkers talk about the facts, admitting that they don't care about Tokio Hotel anymore.
Watch the video below.
A case that's becoming more and more bizarre. While the girls were presented as victims after the brawl at the petrol station, it seems now clear that they are stalkers as they're showing all the signs of it: on one hand a loyal love of a fan, but on the other hand an intolerable pursuit of the beloved band. What drives the girls to their extreme behaviour, and what the boys of Tokio Hotel still have to fear - Cornelia Hanneman and Fiona Nickel. report:
Click "Read more" for the full translation of the video.
Thanks to hjanne LJ for scanning the newspaper that featured the article (posted yesterday) with a bigger picture of the T-Shirt design by TH for the H&M campaign. As you can partially see it's a scull design and it reads: "Rock hard, f*** safe". It's not too easy to tell from the picture but apparently the *** in the slogan are little TH symbols. Got to love details like that.
Tokio Hotel are participating in the new H&M campaign: "Fashion Against AIDS".

Tokio Hotel does fashion for H&M
Zip it! They don't say anything anymore. The boys of Tokio Hotel who are "Hamburger"[people living in Hamburg] by choice and idols of teenagers all over the world don't want to comment on anything about the arguments with agressive fans anymore. Manager David Jost only says: "In our opinion the stalking topic can and must only be dealt with legal means from now on."
However, the successful musicians from Magdeburg who were elected best newcomer band at the VMAs 2008, don't want to go into hiding despite of it. The Abendblatt found out that singer Bill Kaulitz and guitarist Tom Kaulitz (both 19) together with drummer Gustav Schaefer (20) and bass player Georg Listing (22) are taking part in the H&M campaign "Fashion against Aids".
In doing so, they are in the best company (of musicians). Just as internationally known artists like Katy Perry, Yoko Ono and the burlesque-dancer Dita von Teese, they designed t-shirts, bodies, jersey dresses and tops of which the proceeds will go to AIDS projects. Sale will start on 28th of May. "The designs are reminiscent of the 80's look because of their white, light and inspired by graffiti prints. Girls wear the pieces with short skirts or washed-out jeans," says H&M chief executive designer Ann-Sofie Johannson. "Boys preferably with rolled up chinos or coloured trousers."
