Humanoid World—Tokio Hotel Official Fanclub Scavenger Hunt!
Your first destination is:
And you only have until the clock hits 00.00 to find it!
To celebrate the exciting release of the Welcome to Humanoid City Tour LIVE DVD and CD, Official Tokio Hotel Fanclubs from around the world have come together to create an amazing contest for you! With multiple opportunities to win from an amazing selection of prizes, this contest will be a great way to fill the next two weeks of boring waiting for the release! And you might even win the DVD everyone is dying to have in their hands!
The rules are very simple—this is a scavenger hunt (if you don’t know what a scavenger hunt is, check out Wiki!) and you are tasked with finding 15 puzzle pieces that fit together to make one big picture.
So where are these puzzle pieces?
Tokio Hotel have a diverse and international fanbase, and an amazing collection of colourful Fanclubs, so you will need to embrace your fellow international fans and delve into Fanclubs you may never have visited. On the participating Fanclub pages, you will find, somewhere on their website, one puzzle piece. You must save that puzzle piece and keep it safe. On the same page that you find the puzzle piece, you will also see a flag. That flag is your clue to the next Fanclub. Once you have figured out which country you need to visit, you must find their official Fanclub and start the process again until you have collected all 15 puzzle pieces.
Sound’s easy, right?
There’s a time limit! You have exactly 24 hours to find the puzzle piece before moving on to the next Fanclub. Once the 24 hour time period has elapsed, the puzzle piece will be taken down and you will no longer be able to collect it. That is why time is of the essence!
Don’t panic!
There will be a last chance opportunity to find any puzzle pieces you missed. On the 16th July, the last day of the contest, all Fanclubs will have their puzzle piece up on their website. You get a last chance 24 hours for any missing piece. So don’t worry if you miss a day or two—you will still be in the running!
So what can I win?
We have an amazing selection of prizes to give away! Check it out:
15 Humanoid City Live DVDs, 15 “Durch den Monsun” singles, 5 Caught on Camera DVDs, 5 Humanoid City Live CDs, singles (Automatic, Scream, Der letzte Tag, Schrei, Rette mich), T-Shirts, folders, notebooks, Posters, necklaces, totebags, pin sets, magazines and stickers from all around the world
With so many great prizes to win, you can’t fail to be lucky!
So good luck!

The Bill and Adam Comic Bill: Hello! Do you understand?! Leave me alone! I don’t fancy you, alright? What do you want from me? What [is it]? Adam: Aww *drool*drool*
Bill: What do you want from me?! Adam: Oh god, now I’ve got to cry in a bit.
Adam: Really awesome! Bill even knows my songs!
Things BRAVO reporter Sascha Wernicke wasn’t actually supposed to give away…
Meeean! The Tokio Hotel twins Bill (20) and Tom (20) constantly pick on band mate Gustav (21). “He’s only ever noshing and never exercises”, they’re slagging him off. Even though Gustl lost some weight recently! With a laugh they explain to me: “Otherwise he’s always getting cheeky with us. He needs those kind of comments from us occasionally. That’s how we motivate him!” Ah right, so it’s well-meant. I see…
UK magazine Rock Sound (@rocksound on twitter) features a book review for “Tokio Hotel Fever” in their July issue (# 137 with “The Gaslight Anthem” on the cover). It got 4 out of 10 and seems pretty fair. Even though it’s not an official book and probably not that interesting for many fans, it’s always great to see Tokio Hotel mentioned in UK press. Even if it’s only tiny.
It’s available on Amazon UK if anybody wants to get the book.
We know you guys have been waiting to see all the designs that were entered, and here they are!
We thank everyone for taking part with their amazing designs, you all did so well, and very British themed Stick around for the next competition if you didn’t win this time, you never know, maybe you will win next time!

This Saturday all the lucky UK fans that have MTV can watch the MTV Day concert Tokio Hotel played in Athens October last year. It will be on at midnight (Friday to Saturday) and again at 11pm.
The THUKST was very lucky to be granted a few minutes with Tokio Hotel prior to their Helsinki concert on 7th March 2010. We took the opportunity to ask them to record a shout out to the THUKST and sign a couple of things for the UK fans to win.
Bill was eager to start signing but Georg had to come to the rescue being the only one who actually brought along a pen! The band signed a Union Flag (the one they’re holding in the picture) and a Swedish tour poster we picked up in Stockholm. It has the tiny quirk of Tom’s signature being the only one that’s not on himself at the bottom of the poster, but actually across Bill’s face.
The guys smiled a lot (except Gustav ) and were very polite and attentive with us. We are very grateful that they took some time out of what must have been a rather stressful day for them. While they signed we engaged in a little bit of small talk about the cancelled signing and the fact that they got stuck in the ice on the way to Helsinki. It was followed by us being very British and mentioning the weather…more precisely the cold! Bill agreed and said they were all wrapped up warm, waving his gloved hands around to emphasise. When asked if they would record a short hi to the THUKST the boys immediately agreed and happily got into position.
With the meeting being arranged at the last minute, we had to improvise a little! Not only with the things we got them to sign, but also with what we could give to them. Before they left we handed them a bag with sweets we collected on our travels and a note from the THUKST. As they made their way out of the room Tom mentioned to us that night’s show would be slightly different because some parts of the production didn’t arrive in time due to being stuck in the ice. Nonetheless, it turned out to be a fantastic concert and both the band and the fans seemed to have a blast! We sure did!
Keep your eyes peeled for when we post a competition to win the signed Union Flag and poster and enjoy the video!
